01Who we are and scope

Nexastudio Inc. (“Nexa”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for the processing described in this policy, which applies to the public website nexastudio.io and business inquiries received through its contact channels.

Processing passenger and user data within the platform contracted by an airline is governed by the agreements and notices for that service. This policy does not replace your airline’s privacy notice.

02Information we receive

When you contact us by email or phone, or book a meeting, we receive the details you share, such as your name, email, phone number, company, role and the content of your inquiry or booking.

When you visit the website, the services that deliver it receive technical connection data, such as your IP address, browser, device and request time. The website also uses a cookie to remember your language.

Our business contact channels are intended for professional inquiries. Please do not send passports, payment information, health data or passengers’ personal information through these channels.

03How we use information

We use information to answer inquiries, arrange demonstrations, assess a potential business relationship, follow up on your requests and maintain the operation and security of the website.

Where a legal basis is required, processing relies, depending on its purpose, on pre-contractual steps you request, legitimate interests in business communications and security, legal obligations or consent where applicable. Visiting the website does not in itself mean consent to every form of processing.

04Cookies and website services

The first-party nexa_locale cookie remembers your selected language for up to one year. When an automatic redirect uses your browser’s language, the cookie lasts one day. You can delete or block it in your browser settings.

The website loads Google Tag Manager to manage tags. Tags configured through that service may perform additional processing, such as measuring visits. Requests to Google also generate technical connection data; each tag’s behavior depends on its configuration.

Fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts, which connects your browser to Google. Meeting bookings open on Calendly as an external website with its own terms and privacy notice.

Browser cookie controls can limit cookie storage, but do not by themselves prevent all connections to external services.

05Recipients and international processing

Information may be processed by hosting, communications and meeting scheduling providers to deliver those services, and by people who need to handle your inquiry. It may also be disclosed where required by a legal obligation or to protect rights.

Third-party services may process data in countries other than your own. Applicable terms and safeguards depend on the provider and relevant law. You can contact us for information about a specific instance of processing.

06Retention and security

Retention depends on the reason for the inquiry, the duration of the business relationship and applicable legal obligations. Data should be retained for as long as necessary for those purposes; you can ask about the periods applicable to your case or request deletion.

No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If you identify a possible incident involving your data, please contact us without including additional sensitive information.

07Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing of your data, and withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send your request to ventas@nexastudio.io, describing the right you wish to exercise and your relationship with Nexa. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also ask to stop business communications or complain to the relevant authority.

08Changes and contact

We will publish updates to this policy on this page with the revision date. Where applicable, we will communicate material changes as required by law.

For questions about this policy or your data, contact Nexastudio Inc. at ventas@nexastudio.io.
